Very bad customer service at checkout. The checkout Male employee was rude and intimidating to the point of being racist. Our frozen food was thrown to the bag and i was told to pack our own items (which is fine if being asked nicely). Some of the remarks was questionable as he was questioning our lifestyle and this was discussed with other patrons behind us as well which is not appropriate. I hope you look after your existing customer well as i’ve been shopping at your store for a long time but this is the first time i felt very disappointed and intimidated especially when there are kids around. Not a very good experience

I went into Woolworths forest lakes and while doing my shopping I said excuse me to a member of staff, a guy in a maroon Xmas shirt n bald, who grunted at me and rolled his eyes. No idea about customer service. Then as I was walking around the store he was making fun of other customers to another team member. Shouldn't be in retail. The check out staff were lovely. Something I really appreciate the hard work of customer service ( smile, patience ,listen, caring) that Breanna shines at your store , she's outstanding ,went above and beyond and expectations. I'm so please of her service and she's a good ,great assets for Woolworths .

Extremely rude behaviour by staff. Went to this Woolworths today and we have to face very rude behaviour. There were two ladies and both of them were rude don’t know why. One of them on self checkout, she was blowing Nose with anger on our faces. We had to call her couple of times to activate our gift cards and sim card. Didn’t expect this from Woolworths. If manager cares , time was 8.40pm around. Will never go back to this Woolworths and never recommend to anyone. 0 star rating.
